How does it work?

  1. Conceptualize and discuss your requirements with us
  2. Place a $200 reimbursable* deposit per room for planning service and site measurement
  3. Receive a quotation after confirmation of design
  4. 3D mockup images will be sent for your approval
  5. Manufacturing begins (~3 months lead time)
  6. Installation will be completed on-site

Home Planning Service

$200/ room – Fully reimbursable with purchase

(e.g. 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 1 dining area = $200 x 4 rooms)

Planning Service fee will be fully reimbursed with a minimum furniture purchase of $1,000 per room, for every $200 paid.

For example,
If you paid $200 for planning and spend $1,000 or more on furniture, you’ll receive a full reimbursement of $200.

FAQs

Not exactly. Our home planning service focuses on furniture layout, design and carpentry works only. It does not cover full interior design elements such as lighting plans, paint colors, appliances, or flooring. However, we may recommend complementary lighting tones or wall colours to enhance the furniture selection.

For ready-stock furniture, the lead time is generally 1-2 weeks. For customized furniture design, it will take approximately 3-4 months from the day the design is confirmed.

Rest assured that our designs are based on on-site measurements to ensure a perfect fit for your space, be it for ready made or customized furniture.

We adhere to the industry standard of providing two chances for major 3D image modifications. Therefore, it is advisable to carefully consider your design and requirements.
