Warranty Coverage

We offer a *X-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and does not apply to purchases for resale, commercial, institutional or rental uses. The warranty covers:

  • Structural defects in frames, joints, and hardware
  • Manufacturing defects in materials such as wood, metal, or plastic components
  • Issues with assembly parts or missing components

* Different brands have different warranty periods. Please refer to the table below to check the warranty duration for your purchase. For brands/collections that are not listed below, please refer to the product description for the warranty period.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or fading due to everyday use.
  • Any damage that is a result of improper handling and any form of misuse, negligence, or accidents resulting in damage to the product.
  • Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Damage from exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or harsh chemicals.
  • Mattresses, fabrics, and upholstery (unless otherwise stated).


How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue covered under warranty, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp 8820 8604 with the following details:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Photos of the issue.
  • A description of the problem.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, the company will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product.


Additional Notes

  • The warranty for all products is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty service is only available for products purchased directly from Kids Haven.
  • Shipping or transport fees for warranty claims may apply.
