Pre-Sale Questions

We are located at 25 Playfair Road, Singapore 367990. It is conveniently located next to Tai Seng MRT. No appointment is required.

Our opening hours are:

Weekdays 11-6pm
Weekends 11-7pm
Last walk-in is an hour before closing time
We are closed on Wednesdays

Note: We do have a sizable showroom where we display a good representation of our products, but we are unable to display every product due to space limitations.

Feel free to contact our customer service team to confirm if a specific model is on display before your visit.

We offer free delivery on orders over $100, with assembly included unless stated otherwise.

A $10 delivery fee applies to orders under $100.

Addresses in CBD, Tuas, Sentosa and Jurong Island are subject to a $20 surcharge, regardless of the order amount. The amount will be collected later for orders that are submitted online.

All listed prices include GST.

Yes we do. For made-to-order items that take a few months to fabricate, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due at least 3 days before delivery.

Yes we do. You can opt to pay via Atome with any credit card, splitting your payment into 3 interest-free installments. Alternatively, you can use an OCBC card and select 6 or 12-month interest-free plans.

We do not provide site measurements for regular products. You can always share your room dimensions with our customer service team to check if a model fits. If you need assistance, a $50 site measuring fee applies.

However, we offer free on-site measurements for Nukhome Customized beds.

Returns and exchanges are willingly accepted within 7 days from the day the purchase is made and we will issue a refund less 25% admin fees, and delivery charges if we have already delivered the items to you.

Our warranty covers manufacturer’s defects, ensuring the durability and quality of your purchase. The warranty period differs for every brand.

As a general guide:

Maxtrix: 5 years
Cilek: 5 years
Oslo Modbed: 3 years
Oslo Basics: 1 year
Joey’s: 6 months

Questions about Delivery

The standard lead time is 1-2 weeks for in-stock items. After your purchase, we will get in touch shortly with an estimated delivery time.

For those not currently available, please refer to this as a general guide:

Oslo basics: 4-6 weeks
Joey’s: 4-6 weeks
HB Rooms: 4-6 weeks
Snuggle: 4-6 weeks
Canvas Mori: 3-4 weeks upon confirmation of design and size
Nukhome (ready designs): 2 months
Nukhome (customized): 4-5 months upon confirmation of design

We have ready stock for most Maxtrix, Oslo ModBed, Çilek, and mattresses. To check availability or lead times, please contact our customer service team.

After your purchase, we will get in touch shortly via WhatsApp text message with an estimated delivery time. This is where you can coordinate with us to schedule a convenient date. Please note that we only deliver on weekdays.

We do not provide shifting or dismantling services. Shifting existing furniture within rooms is to be done strictly by customers.

Customers who wish to shift or dismantle beds previously purchased from Kids Haven can contact our customer service team to inquire about this service for a fee.

Disposal services are at $40 onwards per disposal, to be pre-arranged.

Due to the allocation of time and manpower, a redelivery fee of $80 and above will apply for last-minute cancellations or changes to the delivery. Kindly inform us at least 3 working days in advance to avoid the fee.

Please rest assured that once payment is made for in-stock items, our team will contact you shortly to schedule a delivery date with you. We will then follow up 2-3 working days before the confirmed date to provide the delivery timing.

For indent items, our team will only reach out to you to schedule delivery once we have received the shipment.

Non-lift landing fees will incur, charged per floor per item. Please inform us prior delivery if there is any non-lift landing. This includes any staircase from unloading to the point where furniture will be set up (e.g. walking up to the apartment, inside the apartment etc.).

Non-lift charges (per level):

- $10 per bulky item for items such as trundle and chairs.
- $20 per bulky item for items such as staircase, drawer bookcase, Single/ Super Single bed or mattress (double deck beds or corner beds will be multiplied accordingly).
- $30 per bulky item for items such as Queen bed or mattress, or any equivalent.
- Non-lift charges are capped at $210 per job.
- The non-lift fee will divide by 2 for half a flight of stairs.
- Stairs that are 4 steps or less will be exempted from the non-lift charges.

The list above is a non-exhaustive list.

Non-declaration of non-lift will incur a redelivery charge ranging from $50-$200.

General Questions

We do not offer interior design services as we are primarily a retailer. However, we provide bedroom sets with matching beds, study desks, nightstands, wardrobes, and bookshelves primarily under the Cilek brand, thus ensuring a cohesive look without the worry of mismatched furniture.

Our shop primarily specializes in furniture for children, and as such, all our products are carefully sourced and tested to ensure they meet safety standards, particularly in terms of design and chemical levels such as formaldehyde.

Due to the difference in material, our beds have different weight capacity:

Oslo ModBed: 150kg per bed
Cilek: 75kg
Nukhome (MDF): 90kg per bed
Nukhome (solid wood): 250kg per bed
Maxtrix: 250kg per bed

The weight limit for all ladders (if applicable) is capped at 75kg.

We currently do not offer any buyback or trade-in program.
