Important Notes: 

• An upfront $300 deposit is payable upon engagement with our design team for their services. If you choose to proceed with the construction once the 3D mockup is finalized, the deposit will be waived at the final payment. Otherwise, it is non-refundable.   
• Given that this is a customized design, the estimated lead time will be 4-6 months (from the day the design is confirmed).
• Mattress is sold separately.

Important: Rolling furniture may leave marks or scratches on certain flooring materials depending on the floor finish, hardness and condition. For delicate flooring such as parquet, hardwood or soft timber, we strongly recommend using a suitable protective floor mat or floor protector.
