What is not included in free room advice?

It does not include an on-site visit, professional measurement, drawn layouts, 3D visuals, detailed custom design or repeated design revisions. Those require a paid planning service.

Should I choose the $80 consultation or the 3D service?

Choose the $80 Planning Consultation when your main question is what will fit and function in the actual room. Choose the 3D Room Design when you are considering custom furniture or need to visualise a more complete room solution before fabrication.

Are the paid planning fees deductible?

Yes, from qualifying Kids Haven furniture purchases and subject to the eligibility stated on each service page. Please review the full service terms before booking.

Do I need accurate measurements before contacting you?

No. Rough dimensions and room photos are enough for free initial advice. If accuracy affects the decision, we will recommend an on-site Planning Consultation.

Does Kids Haven provide full interior design?

Our service focuses on children’s furniture planning, selection, custom carpentry and related room layout—not full interior design works such as electrical plans, flooring or whole-home renovation.
