Starting with a completely empty room, the layout was first planned visually before being built around the available wall and window space. The completed raised structure brings sleeping, play and storage together while keeping the room feeling open.
This compact room had very limited layout options and little proper storage. A bunk configuration was sized around the available footprint, creating two comfortable sleeping levels while adding useful storage and making better use of the room’s height.
The room was developed from an open space into a full-height wardrobe and dressing area with a vanity, illuminated display niche and coordinated cabinetry. A 3D design helped work through the details and circulation before the final installation.
A standard bedroom was transformed into a castle-inspired sleeping space with storage stairs, shelving, built-in storage and an additional pull-out bed. Multiple functions were brought together within one footprint instead of filling the room with separate furniture.
The original concept was adapted to the actual room dimensions while keeping the playful details that made the design special. Functional stairs, a tall side unit and customised decorative elements were incorporated so the final build could fit the space closely while retaining the character of the original design.
The existing room had two beds competing for the same floor space. Through our room consultation, the replacement bed was planned with size adjustments and selected modifications, creating a more organised sleeping arrangement with staircase storage and a clearer room layout.
Instead of treating the bed, storage and study area as separate pieces, this built-to-order project planned them as one coordinated system. Staircase drawers, shelving, storage and a study zone were integrated into a ship-inspired structure designed around the room.
This built-to-order room brings together a raised sleeping area, storage stairs, built-in cupboards, shelving and a dedicated study and play nook. The result is one complete room system that can be used throughout the day, not simply a bed placed into the space.
Created for an indoor play space, this custom structure combines climbing holds, monkey bars, rope nets and gym rings within one compact footprint. The dimensions and features were planned around the site with durability, movement and active play in mind.
