For items that are priced based on per square meter, the prices indicated here are just for reference per sqm. Final pricing will depend on the design's actual dimension.

• Fully customizable and removable (we provide ID-like services without the ID price tag and built-in restrictions)

Important Notes: 

• An upfront $300 deposit is payable upon engagement with our design team for their services. If you choose to proceed with the construction once the 3D mockup is finalized, the deposit will be waived at the final payment. Otherwise, it is non-refundable.   
• Given that this is a customized design, the estimated lead time will be 4-6 months (from the day the design is confirmed).
• Mattress is sold separately.
