DESCRIPTION
x- The ModBed Floor House Bed (Single or SS) is a modular bed that grows according to your child's needs. It is made of solid pine wood, and we have ready stock for this product. It comes in a Scandinavian wood-grained, white-washed finishing.
- Low beds are easy to access for kids, and also suitable for youths who may prefer a simpler design. The bed guards, poster tents, and roofs are all removable.
- The price and dimensions stated is meant for standard Singapore single mattress of 190x90cm or super single of 190x107cm.
- Mattress is sold separately.
- This bed is produced by our partner factory in China.
- The bed comes with 1 year warranty.
- Please note that all parts can be sold separately and you can build the bed up from low beds to loft/bunk beds, or bring the bed down to a simple basic bed.
- Note: You can choose if you would like to set it up as a floor bed or a low bed. The guard is removable or can be added to become a day bed or basic bed. The price is the same because the guard is actually included in the package.

Oslo CustomBed: 4-5 months after 3D artwork is confirmed as it is made-to-order.
Nukhome: Ready designs and sizes (120/135/150) mattress sizes around 1.5 month. Customized designs or sizes (90/107) mattress sizes between 2 to 3 months (from the time the artwork is finalized and confirmed).
Sampo Kingdom: Indent item, around 5-6 weeks.
HB Rooms: Indent item, around 5-6 weeks.
Joey's: Some are ready stock, if not, delivery in 5-6 weeks.
Snuggle: Some are ready stock, if not, delivery in 5-6 weeks.
Canvas Mori: 3-4 weeks upon confirmation of design and size.
Mattresses: Ready stock, unless custom size.
