We do keep some stock, though, generally not a lot, so expect a wait of around 3 weeks. If you need it urgently, check with us if we have stock.
- Joey's products have seller's warranty of 6 months.
- Most items are made in China.
- We do have ready stock for some Joey's range, but otherwise there is a lead time of around 5-6 weeks.

Joey's: Some are ready stock, if not, delivery in 5-6 weeks.
Snuggle: Some are ready stock, if not, delivery in 5-6 weeks.
Canvas Mori: 3-4 weeks upon confirmation of design and size.
Mattresses: Ready stock, unless custom size.

This was simply the most disappointing purchase we have made in months. Quality of parts low but acceptable, similar to Ikea. Quality of assembly very, very poor. Shelves are not rigid, and wobble left to right. Approx 4 centimetres horizontal wobble. Took two weeks to partly resolve issue with two home visits and 50+ messages exchanged. Tried to charge >$100 restock fee to return a faulty product. End result is home-made reinforcement to the shelf, resulting in strength/rigidity less than Ikea equivalent product. Quality substantially lower than other products from Joeys range.
