Care Instructions:
- The materials used in the mattress are designed to conform to your body and therefore body impressions are not considered as a structural defect. Body impressions are a normal characteristic of premium bedding and indicate that the comfort level is conforming to your body. Please turn and/or rotate your mattress as part of the maintenance of the product.
- Refrain from folding, bending, standing, or jumping on the mattress as it can cause excessive strain on the component parts and lead to potential damage.
- Use a firm and supportive foundation to prevent mattress from sagging.

Cilek: We keep ready stock for many items. To check stock availability or the current lead time for NEW orders, please contact our customer service team.
Oslo M3, Oslo ModBed: Some are ready stock; if not, delivery is in 3–5 weeks.
Oslo: Some are ready stock; if not, delivery is in 3–5 weeks.
Oslo CustomBed: 4–5 months after the 3D artwork is confirmed, as it is made to order.
Nukhome: Ready designs and sizes for 120, 135 and 150 cm mattresses take around 1.5 months. Customised designs or sizes for 90 and 107 cm mattresses take between 2 and 3 months from the time the artwork is finalised and confirmed.
Sampo Kingdom: Indent item, around 5–6 weeks.
HB Rooms: Indent item, around 5–6 weeks.
Joey's: Some are ready stock; if not, delivery is in 5–6 weeks.
Snuggle: Some are ready stock; if not, delivery is in 5–6 weeks.
Canvas Mori: 3–4 weeks upon confirmation of design and size.
Mattresses: Ready stock, unless a custom size is required.
