- All Cilek products are made in Turkey and have a 2-year warranty unless otherwise stated. Wooden products are made of MDF board with extra strengthening full-piece wood, adhering to the highest EU safety standards for your loved ones.
- We do carry ready stocks for a range of Cilek products. You can also check on the current estimated arrival date if you wish to order an item that is not in stock.
- Note that the mattress selection here refers to a discounted Cilek 19cm (8") Bonnell Spring mattress, which would fit the bed well. If you prefer to choose other mattresses, e.g. foam, pocket spring, or latex, please select "No mattress" and ensure to get the correct size mattress, which has similar thickness for best suitability. You may proceed to choose the mattress from our mattress section. Generally, Cilek mattresses would fit Cilek bed frames well.
LEAD TIME

Maxtrix: Ready Stock for most WHITE and NATURAL configuration. We do keep some stock of casegoods.
Cilek: We keep ready stock for many items. To check stock availability or current lead time for NEW orders, please contact our customer services.
Oslo M3, Oslo ModBed: Some are ready stock, if not, delivery in 3-5 weeks.
Oslo: Some are ready stock, if not, delivery in 3-5 weeks.
Oslo CustomBed: 4-5 months after 3D artwork is confirmed as it is made-to-order.
Nukhome: Ready designs and sizes (120/135/150) mattress sizes around 1.5 month. Customized designs or sizes (90/107) mattress sizes between 2 to 3 months (from the time the artwork is finalized and confirmed).
Sampo Kingdom: Indent item, around 5-6 weeks.
HB Rooms: Indent item, around 5-6 weeks.
Joey's: Some are ready stock, if not, delivery in 5-6 weeks.
Snuggle: Some are ready stock, if not, delivery in 5-6 weeks.
Canvas Mori: 3-4 weeks upon confirmation of design and size.
Mattresses: Ready stock, unless custom size.

Paid on 14 Feb. Was informed on 15 Feb that I needed to wait till 3rd week of March for my product. On second week of march when no update from them, I asked about my product, they said now i have to wait till 3rd to end of march. So on 22 march I've decided I've waited long enough and decided to cancel my order as it's the 3rd week of march. The admin said I've agreed to wait hence I couldn't cancel my ordered. As they subtly inserted the word "till end of march" instead of 3rd week of march. Was told if I were to cancel, I'll need to pay 25% cancellation fee. So let's just sink in , I waited 5 weeks for my children bed yet I was played with words. In the end the bed finally came on 29 March. Now I was told to pay additional $86 to dispose my old baby bed as my maid was just too weak to shift out the old baby bed. Initially they wanted to charge me $20 just to bring my old bed out of the room. As I'm just helpless and not home I got no choice but to pay $86 for their disposal service.
All I can say is I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
