We recently purchased a triple-decker bed from Kids Haven for over $4,000. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service expected for a premium purchase.
The installation team did not complete the setup in full—specifically, the white plug covers for the exposed holes were not installed. Instead, we were informed that we would need to complete this task ourselves. Upon attempting to do so, we realised that the number of plug covers provided was insufficient.
When we reached out to customer service for assistance, we were told that the covers were only intended for the exterior-facing holes and that no additional covers would be provided. At no point were we informed about their intended placement, nor was any guidance offered during or after installation.
To make matters worse, the customer service experience was unhelpful and dismissive. Communication was poor, and the only consistent follow-up we received was in relation to payment, rather than addressing our concerns or ensuring our satisfaction.
Given the substantial amount paid, we expected a much higher standard of service, clearer communication, and greater attention to detail. Regrettably, our experience fell well short of those expectations.
